Daw is a very good stylist. She did a great job on my beard straight lines even cut. She even did a great job on my hair. I like the way she cuts more old style shifting ur head so she doesn't half to struggle. Over all a low better than the last couple visits service is getting better.

Got there right as they opened... when doors were finally opened I stood there for 10 minutes while 3 stylists were conversating in the corner... I had to say something to them before they even acknowledged I was there... horrible experience... will not be back!!!

Today was my second visit to this location. Amanda, Kayla, and Maria were the stylists. Maria was assisting her client as he was paying for service when the phone began to ring. She was looking for the phone while making sure not to provide poor customer service to her client. The phone continued to ring until (Mary or Kayla, the one with brown hair) yelled “Can you answer that Maria!.” Maria stated that the phone was not there and she continued to argue with Maria stating it is there. It was later revealed that the other stylist (the blonde) had the phone the entire time. This incident set the entire tone for remainder of the visit. As Maria began to cut my hair the tensions only grew worse. The blonde stylist finished with her customer and was cleaning her area. She began to slam her locker doors with such force that it startled me. While Maria was attempting to make the visit more personal with communication, the blonde stylist stated in a loud angry tone “I am only answering this phone twice and then I am passing it to you Maria. You can pass it on or whatever after that.” As Maria began to finish my hair cut, the stylist with brown hair was collecting the white towels to wash. She walked right beside us, slightly out of view, and slammed the red bucket down on the floor loud which startled me again. She continued to stare down Maria and slammed Maria’s locker door as she made her way to the washer located in the other room. Maria was very professional and made sure not to engage with the other stylists in front of a customer. I have never received a hair cut in an environment with such hostility and attempts to bully a coworker. I am a veteran with PTSD and actions of Amanda and Kayla made me axioms to leave. With many service members making their way through this location, the stylists should display more professionalism. Additional training on workplace bullying and customer service would also be beneficial for Amanda and Kayla.
